Free Shipping
For a limited time, we are offering free shipping for orders over $50. Your
order will ship US Priority Mail. If your order is over $50,
you should select the "Inside USA--Free Shipping (Orders over $50 only)" option
from the Ship Via selection during the final steps of placing your order.
Group Discounts
Action Dancewear has helped with team makeovers far and wide, and we offer a 10%
discount for all team orders consisting of 5 pieces or more of the same item.
Ordering
You can place your order for activewear via our Web site, by Email, by US mail,
or by phone ordering. Many of our customers prefer to email us a range of what
they're looking for and request that we email or phone them back with advice. This
may sound old fashioned, and we may bounce back and forth several times, but it allows us
to zero-in on what your exact needs are.
Web Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. COD
or money orders are
available by phone orders only.
Action Dancewear Supports Performing Artists
If you are a student (or parent/guardian of a student) of the Performing Arts,
you may apply for a membership in our Action Dancewear Supports Performing Artists Program
(application available at the bottom of most web pages). Members of this program receive a
5% discount on all web orders and are automatically entered in all contests and giveaways.
Restocking Fee
When in doubt, please ask.
Dear customer, we understand that choosing the precise size for shoes and some activewear
articles can be difficult without being able to try them on. Please note that we charge a
15% restocking fee and we encourage you to contact us with any sizing questions or
concerns before placing your order.
Return Policy
Returns must be received within 2 weeks of invoice date. Action Dancewear
charges a 15% restocking fee for shoe returns and non-stocked items. Special
orders, dance briefs, dance belts, and closeouts are not returnable or refundable.
Exchanges will be charged an exchange shipping rate of $5.20 for the 1st item, $.40 each
additional item. All defective merchandise must have prior authorization for return.
A
few return guidelines to follow:
- Must be in
new condition in original packaging. Tags must be attached.
- Must be
prepaid postage--any "postage due" package will be rejected.
- Please
include a note of whether you would like a credit or exchange. (Understanding that most of
these details we'll have discussed via email.)
- Send us a
copy of the original invoice, this will make the return process must faster.
